On the advice of a neurologist, I got a doctor. I use 400 for my back. The medical grade silicone is thick, and all the staples are smooth. It doesn't hurt to lie down. However, storage in cardboard is not a very good solution. Silicone clings, it's not the first time you can put it in a cardboard box.
