Since September, my daughter has been going to the Sylphide. I really like it!! Impressive training helps the child to be strong and athletic, hardy and patient! Coach Kristina Igorevna clearly knows her job, helps and strengthens self-confidence! Training takes place at school, near the house, which significantly saves time to get there.
We plan to keep going and continue to win prizes!

My daughter has been doing group aesthetic gymnastics for the 4th year under the guidance of Kristina Igorevna Rysevets.
We have a wonderful team of girls who have come a long way together. There are many hours of training, joint trips, tournaments, joys, pedestals behind.

I really liked that there is a coach for kids, (we have Kristina Igorevna), very kind, knows how to attract the attention of children, children obey and try very hard in training. They do not just practice , but participate in competitions as teams. Thank you very much.

I'm taking both my daughters to the Sylph. The eldest is 6.5 years old - she goes to her favorite coach, Rysevets Kristina Igorevna. In 2 years, she made a real gymnast out of the baby, she did not even think that a child could already do so much at such a young age. Thanks to Kristina Igorevna for seeing my eldest daughter's abilities and insisting on transferring her to a more advanced group, it is important for me that the coach sees everything and does not allow the child to "stand still" in his development! The youngest daughter went to gymnastics at the age of 3.5 - she studies with Kander Stefania Gennadievna. The coach was just born to work with these babies - everything is given in a simple form of playing physics. preparation + stretching. The kids love her! And performances and open lessons allow me, as a parent, to see the abilities of my girls and be happy for their skills!

We are very pleased with the choice of a club for my daughter. The child always goes to classes with pleasure, he is very much looking forward to participating in competitions. During six months of classes, my daughter tightened her physical shape, got a good stretch, became more flexible. Our favorite trainer is Rysevets Kristina Igorevna ❤️
