A great vacation for the whole family. The hotel is modern, cozy, we had a two-storey room with its own access to the street. There is a children's playroom where you can leave a child with a babysitter, from the age of 3. On the ground floor there is a spa, massage, aqua zone with Jacuzzi, steam rooms. There is a long wooden staircase leading to the lake from the hotel. The lake has a Playground, trampoline, electric cars for children, deck chairs, everything is free for residents. Along the shore there are many gazebos with barbecues and hammocks, you can rent. The second playground is located near the parking lot, there are also tennis courts, go-karts. There is a barefoot trail on the territory of the complex, a troll track, we liked it very much. The food in the restaurant was pleasant, there is a children's menu, everything is delicious, the staff is friendly. Both children and adults liked the rest.

Let's start with the pros:
Beautiful, well-groomed territory, everything is clean, there is something to do, a wonderful aqua zone (the only activity is mainly on weekends, during the week, there is not much movement at the base). There are a lot of cosmetology and massage services, there was not enough time for this, but the price list for the number of services provided is impressive.
The rooms were spacious, we had a two-storey room, a comfortable bed and pillows. The cuisine is delicious, there are two restaurants on the territory, but one works near the main building.
There is a place to walk, you can lie on the slope on bag chairs, you can go on a barefoot trail (although those who were at the Losinoostrovsky Arboretum in Moscow will find it a parody, but it's not bad either) You can have a nice time there. There are gazebos with a barbecue, a lake where you can swim, a sunbathing area, a health trail, we liked the trolley track very well, go-karting, we were lucky enough to get a lift (albeit small, but how else to kill time?), fresh air around the forest, beauty.
And now the cons that just negate everything +:
- Advice to everyone for the future, before booking, be sure to call, do not be lazy, to clarify whether any noisy events are planned on their territory. Of course, this will not save you 100%, but the attempt is not torture.
We got to the base from 02.08-04.08, Belorusneft had a tourist rally, a race of heroes, etc. And the leadership of the Silichi, they want to sit on two chairs at once. And so that the amount for the event arrives to them, and so that the rooms do not stand idle.
It was impossible to sleep, the audibility was amazing with the windows open or closed, and there was a huge stage with acoustic installations nearby in the field. The whole program started at 8 p.m. and until 2 a.m., then in the morning at 6 a.m. sound check and from 8.30 to 11 a.m. healthy again, then silence. We went to complain to the reception, but what will the administrator do? I had a supervisor standing by, she gave him everything, the guests are complaining, etc., he didn't even bother to turn around or at least say something intelligible.
It's a pity not to upload a video here, with a "party".
-WiFi did not work at all during the stay, we got a kind of detox :) it didn't bother, but then it wasn't necessary to declare it in the list of available services.
- The restaurant, there are no questions about the kitchen. We took accommodation with three meals a day, sparsely, like in the dining room, but everything is fresh. Please note that by taking three meals a day, you are not a priority for the staff. You can come and sit down and wait for 15 minutes until they pay attention to you, and when you approach them and say that you came to a paid dinner, you can hear in response that they have not yet left lunch. But this is also not a guarantee of success, you need to constantly remind yourself about yourself, because they may even forget about you and not bring half the dishes. Also, questions about the cleanliness of the hall, in general, this is of course a mockery of 3 waiters, 1 administrator (whom I saw 1 time for all the time), 1 bartender, 7-8 tables on the street and about 10-12 tables in the hall, they could not cope. A lot of unnecessary gestures, I can run to the bar to print a receipt, but at the same time grab a tray and collect dirty dishes from one table is a problem. Then make a buffet so as not to strain sluggish and lazy employees. I myself worked as a waiter as a student and I had 20 tables in the hall and 10 on the street, so even one person can handle 10 tables crowded on the street, but here it's not even a full landing.
All actions on the part of the staff as a favor. Only the receptionists worked perfectly at the reception. At the Spa, the administrator is a sleepy fly, neither to advise anything, nor to prompt. And there are always no places for everything, although when you call on the phone, places miraculously appear :)
In general, the service is definitely not here.
I wish the management to find themselves in the same unpleasant conditions as we vacationers and at the same time at this moment recall all the negative reviews on the case that were written by your guests.

We rested at the republican ski center "Silichi" from 08/28/2024 to 09/04/2024. We rented a two-storey cottage because we lived with a dog.
1. I liked the territory: large, well-groomed. There is a lake with gazebos for BBQ, a barefoot trail.
But the downside is the ticks. Three ticks were removed from the dog in three days. I would like to treat the area from ticks more carefully in the summer. Moreover, the dog caught ticks on the lawn near the cottage when they were playing ball.
2. I liked the cottage as a whole. The area, the filling of furniture, the quality of towels, bed linen - no questions asked.
One of the wishes is to add tea to the room. It's a small thing, but the guests will be pleased.
The cleaning time was recorded - 4.5 minutes. What can be cleaned in a house of 125 meters in such a time?)))
3. Food - they feed a lot, but not tasty.
The choice of breakfasts is always the same: cottage cheese casserole, oatmeal porridge, omelette with sausages, pancakes. Lunch and dinner dishes do not match the description (three meals a day according to the a la carte system): for example, tomatoes are declared in the salad - in fact they are not. We check with the waiter, his answer is: "so they scooped it out of the common vat." Steak with egg is yesterday's entrecote with egg. A gnawed piece of bread is brought in the bread basket, to which the waiter responds: "And it looked like a whole one!"
4. The administrators of the spa center are terribly non-client-oriented, it is impossible to sign up for massage treatments, because they say that "there are no places", although the masters themselves say that they are sitting without work and arguing with the administrators about the appointment.
Such work by administrators discourages any desire to sign up again. There are no questions for the masters themselves, they are very friendly and try their best.
5. Spa area - I did not like the pool, it is very small, slimy tiles, it is unpleasant to touch, it is necessary to clean more carefully. I can't rate the sauna/ hammam, because I haven't personally used it.
6. The receptionists are the nicest people, very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.
7. There is a lot of entertainment: tennis, go-karting, trolley track, fishing, but all for a fee.
