We arrived at the check-in at about 13.00, the moment was registered and settled.The room is super, quiet, warm, there are bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, soap, shower gel, everything is clean and tidy. Excellent food, although for the second dinner, after 19.00 I had to wait for a table to be available. The speed of the service depended on the working shift of the staff. All the staff is friendly. The only downside is the roller coaster. We took instructors, the level of skiing for each family member is different, someone left on the lifts, someone studied on the training and 6th tracks, we agreed to meet at the training complex, but as it turned out, you have to go back to him from the main tracks from 4 Krasnaya Gorka, but there are no such skills yet. When riding on blue slides 1 and 3, there is no way to return to the training complex, and there was a child waiting there. The Aqua Spa was booked earlier, it was fully loaded, but no one interfered with each other, everything was comfortable. In general, I really enjoyed my vacation.

Because renting equipment here means a minimum of 40 minutes of waiting (only 15 people were waiting for 40 minutes in front of us), and the queues here are far from the same as in Arkhyz and Krasnaya Polyana. The operator said that they were queuing for equipment for 5 hours. In this regard, the organization is very lame. There are no problems on the slopes, everything is fine. But the spa area was also a little surprised. There are only 8 lockers in the locker room, while there are only 2 showers. The entrance is scheduled, meaning everyone enters and leaves at the same time. Accordingly, there is a queue for the shower at the exit. The spa area itself is good, there are several types of saunas, a small pool, and an area with a hot tub. Overall, the impression is rather positive. But there are more interesting places)

We had a great weekend break with my husband. We took a 2-night tour with 3 meals a day and accommodation in a cottage. The houses are clean, there is everything you need: kettle, dishes, microwave, refrigerator. Large TVs in each room (there are 2 of them: a living room downstairs, a bedroom upstairs). There is a place for a car. I was afraid that there would be vacationers with loud music, as it happens in recreation areas. But it was very quiet despite almost all the occupied houses. Cleaning and towel change every day, there is a spa center, you can book a sauna. Meals are served from a customized menu with a choice of two dishes for each meal.
