You can also take a sandwich with you if you have an early excursion, the main thing is to say so) The rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, towels, bathrobes, and slippers everywhere. We also had a small refrigerator in our room) we liked it, if we are still in Almaty, we will definitely stay with you.

I stayed at the Silk way hotel on Tole bi Street in Almaty for four nights. I booked on Booking for a couple of months with a bank card link. I was very pleased. First of all, I would like to mention the wonderful service and very friendly, kind, helpful staff. I would like to say a big thank you to the girls at the reception who were so caring during my stay. The hotel has an excellent location, you can walk to the city center. Opposite there is a shopping center, cafes, shops, and a grocery store. The reception is 24-hour. I had a late check-in, an early check-out, and I also left for a field trip early in the morning. In this regard, the 24-hour reception desk was very helpful! Breakfast was included in my stay, but due to circumstances, I didn't have time for it - I always had it replaced with water + sandwich. Very convenient! My room was very small, the whole room was occupied by a large bed, but if you are only staying at the hotel, then you will not need more. The room has an air conditioner that saved you from the Alma Ata heat :) The rooms also provide slippers, a bathrobe, and three types of towels. Towels and bathroom accessories are updated every day. There is also a small kettle and tea bags in the room. A small TV and lots of channels. The shower and hair dryer worked fine. What I personally missed: a refrigerator and a trash can in the room. Otherwise, the hotel is super I highly recommend the hotel. The option is excellent.
