This is the second time a courier has delivered water without notifying me, as a customer, in advance. He arrives upon arrival and calls. I ask you to leave it at the door, claiming that I will make the payment as usual by click and am ready to send the check by telegram or any other way. To which I received the answer "I wait 20 minutes and leave", "we were told to take the bottles, as there are not enough bottles"
I'm calling the call center. I get excuses and protection of the courier's position. For them, it turns out to be the norm to arrive without calling in advance. For them, the norm is to say that they will arrive today and it turns out that customers have to be at home all day waiting for a call from the courier to get water.
It turns out that I need water more than I do as a customer to them?
I have already registered and arranged for the delivery of water from others. Good luck with the clientele with this approach. I will definitely share my negative experience with my friends 👋
