I developed films in this studio for a year, everything was great, fast, no problems, but! The problems started in recent months, when at first not all the film appeared (okay, sometimes I understand everything, not a problem, you can write it off), but when somehow miraculously there was not a single frame on two films from vacation, and you received a dry message in Viber that there were no frames, many questions arise but in this salon, customer orientation is at such a high level that at first you have to wait several days for your message to be read, well, they did not respond, although it would seem that a regular customer, and bought films and scanned only from them, but neither to help find out the reason, nor to suggest possible causes of what happened, nor even no one bothered to answer the question in the chat (!)! It's just ugly and not professional. It's a shame to lose such a seemingly good place....

I left the film for the scan and I was let down with the deadlines. The deadline was already much longer than it is offered in other places. But it was delayed for another week. I was trying to find out what the status of the order is, I wrote on Instagram. They clarified my order number and then disappeared. I didn't get any more information. No phones are working, and social networks are not responding either. As it turned out later, this is the principled position of the leadership. They don't have time for this. But I have time to visit them. I listened to a lot of excuses about the heavy workload, and that there are not enough people. Was it possible to warn then about the actual deadlines or not to take on a complex order? May. Was it possible to warn about the shift of deadlines due to some circumstances? May. Has it been done? No. The head told me how much he puts his soul into it, how he likes to do film and that's all. But the problem is that, as far as I understand, if he doesn't like doing something, then he won't, no matter how much it harms the reputation of their studio. Well, a man lives for himself.
On the plus side:
We solved the issue without conflicts. The money was returned.
I liked what a good selection of films the guys had. I went to them mostly for this. But now I won't follow that either.
