I developed films in this studio for a year, everything was great, fast, no problems, but! The problems started in recent months, when at first not all the film appeared (okay, sometimes I understand everything, not a problem, you can write it off), but when somehow miraculously there was not a single frame on two films from vacation, and you received a dry message in Viber that there were no frames, many questions arise but in this salon, customer orientation is at such a high level that at first you have to wait several days for your message to be read, well, they did not respond, although it would seem that a regular customer, and bought films and scanned only from them, but neither to help find out the reason, nor to suggest possible causes of what happened, nor even no one bothered to answer the question in the chat (!)! It's just ugly and not professional. It's a shame to lose such a seemingly good place....

In addition, there are several generations of cameras on display, just like in a museum. The consultants and the owner know their business well and are well versed in photography. I left the film for the scan and I was let down with the deadlines. The deadline was already much longer than it is offered in other places. But it was delayed for another week. I was trying to find out what the status of the order is, I wrote on Instagram. They clarified my order number and then disappeared. I didn't get any more information. No phones are working, and social networks are not responding either. As it turned out later, this is the principled position of the leadership. They don't have time for this. But I have time to visit them. I listened to a lot of excuses about the heavy workload, and that there are not enough people. Was it possible to warn then about the actual deadlines or not to take on a complex order? May. Was it possible to warn about the shift of deadlines due to some circumstances? May. Has it been done? No. The head told me how much he puts his soul into it, how he likes to do film and that's all. But the problem is that, as far as I understand, if he doesn't like doing something, then he won't, no matter how much it harms the reputation of their studio. Well, a man lives for himself.
On the plus side:
We solved the issue without conflicts. The money was returned.
I liked what a good selection of films the guys had. I went to them mostly for this. But now I won't follow that either.

The pleasant staff, the owner explained to me a couple of times the nuances of scanning films and other issues, so if necessary, you can count on advice from him. Orders are mostly completed on time, sometimes super fast, but there are also delays. So far, all my films have been developed and scanned qualitatively, nothing has been spoiled. Overall, I am quite happy with this laboratory.

Disgusting service! Starting from deadlines that are violated and set by new promises, ending with the quality of development and scanning. Stains, fingerprints, scratches on the film. The quality of the scan, I have not seen worse. As if a schoolboy had encountered a scanner for the first time!

Terrible attitude towards customers and service. There are no questions for the managers at the counter - they are friendly, they will help. But their head, Timur, is an exceptional case.
Everything was very good, they had it for about a year, when the laboratory was still on the Logoi tract.
In general, if a standard development + scan is needed, the work is likely to be performed satisfactorily. In case you are thinking of something more creative and less ordinary, it is better to think a hundred times before serving here.
04.12.2022 passed the CB film for development and scan. The film is not quite standard - a narrow film (type 135) was shot in medium-format Kiev-6S (type 120). We discussed it with the manager, and the order was accepted. I asked for a panoramic scan with perforation. As a result: the negatives were thrown away in the laboratory, the scans were sent without perforation and no panoramas (see the example of a photo where the border of the frame is visible, but it was left right in the middle of the scan). When asked to redo it, we were fed breakfast (we'll do everything, come back in a week, we can't do it now, because the SSD is coming from Aliexpress). For a couple of months, I periodically looked in on them and reminded them. He left with nothing every time. After that, I went abroad. He returned a year later - the negatives "threw away three boxes in the summer." Timur also got rude on the phone that I "stated my thoughts the third time"

Disgusting attitude towards customers, there is a lovely girl behind the counter, but the man who came up literally 10 seconds later is absolutely disrespectful and rudely responds. In fact, he called me a hysterical woman for trying to figure out where the film had gone for six months and why no one answered anywhere. If you fire this man, maybe the place will get better

Па-першае, не вельмі прыемны для мяне мужчына там працуе, які некалькі разоў дастаткова груба адказваў. Напрыклад, на просьбу аб парадзе, якія адрозненні ў дзвюх плёнак, адказаў, што я ведала, куды еду, і трэба было самой пачытаць (усё было б ок, калі б не тон, якім ён адказаў).
Таксама была сітуацыя, калі я аднесла плёнку на праяўку, а мне даслалі пусты гугл дыск, без фатаграфій. Я ім пісала, яны даслалі дыск ужо з фота, але там усё роўна былі не ўсе кадры (я то памятаю, што я фатаграфавала). І калі я ўжо прыехала да іх, спраўдзілася, што фатаграфіі былі дасланы не ўсе.
Было шмат чаго не вельмі сур'ёзнага. Я заўсёды прасіла не рэзаць мне негатывы, бо мне так больш падабаецца. Але нажаль негатывы былі кожны раз парэзанымі.
Варта сказаць, што я хадзіла ў гэтую фоталабу амаль два гады, яшчэ ў часы, калі яны на лагойскім тракце знаходзіліся. І я тады была ўсім задаволеная. Не ведаю, што з імі зараз адбылося. І гэта крыху сумна.

Very nice staff, situations described in negative reviews, fortunately, did not happen. For the first time in my life, I leave a negative review. I am usually an extremely loyal and adequate client, because I know perfectly well what it is like to work in the service sector, but this does not fit into any gate.
Don't even try to order anything through the Instagram of this photo lab. The gentlemen "threw" the film on sale, as they said, in limited quantities, I wrote within the first hour and immediately left my data. I was told that the order has been accepted and will be delivered within a few days. Two weeks have passed since then, and I have not received the film. My messages in Yandex.direct are not read, and there is no other way to contact the photo lab: the phone listed here is blocked, and the messengers linked to it, of course, are also inactive.
I do not know what happened there, but at least I should have informed the client about the problem and apologized, and not "dynamite" him and leave him in limbo.
I strongly do not recommend contacting here, you will only lose time and nerve cells.
