It's not the right place if you respect yourself. I ordered a standard shawarma for 10p. While I was waiting, 3 more people came up and placed an order. In 15 minutes of waiting, these 3 people received their orders, but I did not. I asked them why it took so long. It turned out that my order was given to one of the 3 people, and that person ordered a hot dog for 5p. (it was also cooked, by the way). It turned out that the man had already eaten my shawarma for 10p., paying only 5p. – let's fix this moment. Their excuse was that they were shouting about the readiness of my order, but I just didn't hear it. And I was standing literally a couple of meters away from them and constantly watching them to be ready to take my shawarma right away, and there was no screaming. Let's move on. After the proceedings, they started preparing my order again, they cooked it in about 5 minutes (wow!) and they gave it to me. While I was eating my long-awaited shawarma, they took the already cooked hot dog and gave it to the same dude who was mistakenly given my shawarma! And they didn't charge him any money from above! Although before that, he even offered to pay them 5p extra for the shawarma, but the staff refused with the words "Yes, everything is fine." That is, in the end, he received my shawarma faster than me and a hot dog on top, paying only 5p. when I waited for my shawarma for almost half an hour, he paid 10p. and received only it. Of course, I reacted to such disrespect and asked what the hell. The staff started telling me it was all my fault again, since I hadn't heard their nonexistent cry for my order, and so I had to wait a long time for my order. And to that dude, as one of the employees said, he "Decided to give that hot dog from the bottom of his heart," Carl! My offer to resolve the conflict with giving me a discount on the next order was refused, with the argument that everything was supposedly fine on their part: I made the order, paid for it, they cooked it, I ate it, so that's it, goodbye. The fact that it was done extremely disrespectfully is just nuances for them that they can't even comprehend. I advise you to avoid this place, because its employees (in particular those 2) clearly do not know what respect for the customer is. I photographed them so that the country would know the heroes by sight, but for some reason these heroes modestly began to turn away from the photo, although I more or less fixed the face of one of them. The second would-be employee looks like a native of the East. Draw your own conclusions.

The meat is either over-dried almost to the state of plywood, or burned to embers, or vice versa, it resembles snot in consistency and does not chew, because it is not meat, but by-products that are removed in normal establishments.
