The clinic is small, there is little space, especially if there is a queue. There is a hotel for cats. The staff takes care of two cats living in the clinic. This is commendable. The prices are average. But the big disadvantage is that doctors never give documents about the diagnosis, appointments and other things regarding treatment. What's the problem? Is there no printer? Why can't I give you a printout with the doctor's recommendations? You have to beg for everything. It shouldn't be like this.
