The staff is very friendly, understanding, they gave explanations in a clear language (even for the tenth time). I recommend. And do not pay attention to the fact that the clinic is not located on the "Red Square". People work with their hearts.

I really liked the service, polite staff, attentive to animals and owners. They treated a lacerated wound on the dog's neck. The dog was fully examined, the wound was sewn up, everything was treated, antibiotic treatment, painkillers and wound treatment were prescribed. I turned to the cat for dental treatment. The doctor prescribed treatment - gum inflammation was removed, after which the stones were cleaned. The staff is wonderful: there is no boorish attitude, they are very friendly and smiling :) The animal is treated well. The treatment took us several days, and the cleaning procedure itself took 30 minutes. Everything is fine) The prices seem high, but the animal is less stressed - there is no need to drive through the whole city, the clinic is close to large neighborhoods. Well, it is more pleasant for the owner to treat the pet with a polite and intelligent doctor)

A polite and pleasant doctor, but as a specialist... now it has caused huge doubts. During the month, we were at the reception 2 times (we were treated for conjunctivitis + were vaccinated, although I told the doctor that the problem with the eyes remained). As a result, we have advanced rhinotracheitis, the vaccination could not be done, the kitten's body was further weakened. And everything started out more innocuously and with the right treatment, everything could be avoided. A month ago we were at a reception with a Maine Coon kitten. Our eyes were leaking, I sneezed periodically, and had diarrhea. The necessary medicines were supplied (ciprovet + enterozoo). It got better, but my eyes were leaking from time to time. They came to the 2nd appointment 2.5 weeks later. I wanted to get vaccinated, and at the same time I asked about the problem with my eyes. Regarding the eyes, they suggested that it was an allergy and recommended changing the food. If it doesn't help, then go to an ophthalmologist. They were vaccinated (they chose an imported one). The food was changed to holistic (holistic is considered the highest quality). Another week passes, sneezes periodically and eyes leak again. And then the nose started to leak. I changed the vet clinic. It turned out that we have rhinotracheitis, which we started. Of course, it was impossible to get vaccinated until we were cured. The vaccination simply weakened the kitten's already weak immune system. Now we are saving our baby. I write under emotions, in upset feelings. Therefore, decide for yourself whether to go to such a clinic or not. P.S. Now we need to get vaccinated again after a full recovery. I don't care about money anymore, as long as our baby gets better. P.S. I put 2 stars instead of one for the courtesy of the doctor and a thorough examination.
