The house is nice and warm. 4 elevators (2 large and 2 small), clean entrance, bright and spacious, nearby there are 2 shops in the courtyard, a Playground and a sports corner, a pharmacy, the embankment is very close for walking, everything is for convenience

Great house,great location, great view from the window,clean,there are shops in the houses,near the park, the embankment.the apartments are great, there is no audibility, it's cozy.

The best LCD in the universe! Good sound insulation. Magnificent views from the window to the embankment and the left bank. The warmest parking in the city, in winter at -30 the parking is stable at +18.
