Thanks a lot to the great massage therapist Nikolai! A professional with a capital letter. After his massages, I want to spread my wings and fly. I only go to him for a massage. And I recommend Nikolai to all my friends and relatives.

Positive:
- a normal gym, not overloaded, there is a shower
- classes are held at a suitable pace
- a large selection of trainers
Minuses:
- Location. From the metro you need to walk another 15 minutes through the private sector and a deserted area. It's not very comfortable in winter
- Weak coaches. For the first half of the year, I had to change coaches, because all the proposed ones are completely indifferent to the client: they will show the exercise and no longer look at the technique of execution, they chat with other coaches, they sit in phones. Some didn't know how to work with my injury at all. Others did not listen to my complaints and continued to give what the doctor prescribed, although I was not comfortable doing the proposed exercises or the next day after classes my heart hurt a lot. Then I managed to get to Olga Bulabchikova. She is a good and attentive professional who really devotes her attention to the client all the time of classes.
- Price. It turns out very expensive. If there was no insurance, I would not be able to afford such expensive classes
-Low customer orientation. Administrators do not warn about changes in the policy. So, for example, when I first came to Symmetry, they said that the subscription was valid for a year, then this rule was changed for three months, but I was not notified. Because of this, I got into a situation where I had to urgently nurse classes at an uncomfortable pace for me + recalculate the subscription from 8 classes to 4 with an additional fee. When I got sick and missed classes, even after taking a sick leave, I was told that classes had burned down and that they had to be postponed for a time when I immediately recovered, and not wait for the next appointment. Because of this, I lost 2 classes. The policy on sick leave was never mentioned at all. In all gyms, the transfer on sick leave is usually carried out without problems, but here there is some nonsense.
-Lack of flexibility. You need to sign up a month in advance. You can cancel, but the possibility of cancellation disappears 5 hours before class.
