What can I say - you can see when a massage therapist has a medical degree and loves his job very much. I have a sedentary job full of stress. What causes tightness in the back and neck, Terrible migraines, and so on. Right from the first session, I spent a week without even a slight headache. My back has healed with new colors. I got to Nikolai on the recommendation of my wife's friends, I don't believe them, and I went with a biased mood, but he smashed this mood to smithereens. God-level mastery. I am very grateful to coach Natalia. I'm glad that I was lucky enough to get to her classes. She explained everything professionally, with interest, energetically, all the accents, where and how, and what can and cannot be done, helped 100% and even more.
