Thanks to Lydia for her considerate and careful attitude. Psychologist Lydia accompanied me during a difficult period of my life…She helped me learn and feel my versatility, accept myself, establish relationships with a partner, and find an internal resource. Thank you for your invaluable contribution!

I recommend it, it's not just a psychologist who will only listen, but also prompt and analyze your condition from the inside and solve the main psychological problems. Thank you.

I've always thought that my fears and anxieties are my personal, incurable "peculiarity." I tried to fight them, ignore them, and sometimes just accept them. But one day, tired of the eternal internal struggle, I came to Lydia. Lydia didn't give me any ready answers. She helped me find them inside myself. Her questions, her careful accompaniment in working with images – it was as if someone carefully took out from my soul the very necessary detail that put everything in its place. Now I'm looking at my drawings – it's the whole story of my transformation. There are fewer fears and more confidence. And most importantly, I stopped being afraid of myself. I've learned to hear myself, understand my true desires, and accept myself. It's not just therapy. It's a journey to your true self. Thank you, Lydia, for showing me the way.
