The service is so-so. They cheated with a hookah, instead of 30 manats, they counted 100 for a very mediocre hookah. The hookah man proved that he was right, paid the bill and went to argue with him in the nearest hookah bar, he said that if tobacco was cheaper there than his, he would refund the money for the hookah, guess how much the hookah cost in another institution? 35 manats... The dude just started going back on his words. Be careful, deception is almost at every step here, not the first such story, and not even the fifth. With the apartment that was booked at the booking, they wanted to fool us almost three times the price, of course we did not stay there... The food is mediocre. Tea was struck twice, although we drank only one and asked to add boiling water. We counted some cookies that we didn't order. The waiters had to be literally fished out. I don't recommend it.

We punched the hookah for 100, we asked for boiling water for tea, it was counted as a second tea. Promised sugar and lemon, but got nothing.
