Mentally ill people come into establishments to beg for money. I don't know if the roof has ever been cleaned. Why, even the urns were cut, which is why everything is lying underfoot, thanks to the janitor for the timely cleaning. One star only thanks to him. Horses are unceremoniously driven here, which can shit in the middle and this stuff will lie for several days. At the same time, I personally know that the most expensive rental of premises in Vitebsk is here.
