I would especially like to mention the nurses in the treatment room - blood is taken literally in a second, even if the veins are poorly visible .No pain , no stress . I would like to mention comfort separately: cleanliness, there is a cooler, shoe covers, lockers, etc.

Almost all analyses are cheaper than in Invitro, some are cheaper than in Helix, some are more expensive. There are almost no queues now, it used to be much worse in this regard. The results are ready pretty quickly, many on the same day, some for tomorrow. I had to take a general blood test for a newborn, I called to clarify about the hematology analyzer, how much blood they take, because many laboratories do not take blood from children under 3 years old, but many take it, it seems like it's okay. But, I am not satisfied with the option that a child of 1 month and an adult take the same amount of blood. On the phone, the specialist is incompetent in this matter, the small tube says nonsense, they don't know at the checkout either, took the coupon and went to the laboratory technician and she doesn't know the volume of her tube and the characteristics of the analyzer. In short, I wasted my time. They don't have a modern analyzer, and they don't look at blood like in a clinic. It didn't reach the lancet.

Polite receptionists and, importantly for me, real professionals in the treatment room - I can judge this as the owner of thin deep veins and poor tolerance for blood collection procedures. Everything is fast, clear, it doesn't hurt, I don't have time to lose consciousness, how can I) Separately, I would like to note that many of the test results were ready on the same day, and if a certain study had a deadline of several days, the result still came earlier. The best laboratory, we have been going for 7 years with the whole family! Like: 1. Quality of analysis results — analyses are always accurate, without "surprises"; 2. The deadline is fast (blood in the morning/you take your urine and by 13-17h the result is already in the mail); 3. Professionals work — they take blood from a vein so that you don't have time to notice. They always manage to find a vein the first time, it doesn't hurt and it's fast, even for small children! 4. They take blood from a finger before the age of 3, they know how to work with children (we go to them from the age of one month); 5. For toddlers, there is a table where you can put and undress the baby's outerwear.; 6. There is an electronic queue with categories (children under 5 years old, pregnant, etc.)...the truth is sometimes it doesn't work. 7. There are a lot of cash registers + several people take blood quickly, so the queue moves quickly if there is one; 8. Spacious, large room - no need to stand in line outside or crowd inside "like a herring in a jar"; 9. There are lockers, shoe covers, a cooler with water. Minuses: 1. There are problems with parking in the morning; 2. Sometimes the electronic queue does not work — then there is confusion in the queue and confusion.

The first visit experience was successful, the second was not. Not only was a mandatory consultation attached to the analysis (which is okay, I'm worried), but the conditions were also changed (procedure time, doctor's appointment, appointment), which do not catch the eye when accessing the site, you need to dig around to find them. So, with the stated opening hours until 20.00, my arrival at about 19.30 turned out that 1. I need a preliminary appointment for 2 days a week (the day of the visit coincided), 2. they don't do the analysis right away, the result is 1-3 days, 3. A doctor whose consultation is mandatory when taking the analysis (although there is no result yet!!!!!!), has already left, because either the work schedule is floating, or there were no people under the office. In general, the visit was pointless, although when I visited the laboratory in the spring, I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the services provided. Bottom line: I chose the laboratory of another clinic, and I am satisfied. Sorry for the wasted time.

At the entrance, you need to take a ticket to the reception. I took it with the idea that I would not get to the doctor before 17 anyway, but at least I would register. It was almost successful, I was sent to 105kb, with the words: the doctor is already working, he will call before 17-00. There are 2 girls ahead of me. One by one they go into the office, and each one is taken out by the doctor, takes them somewhere. Next comes a guy, a woman, who are registered after me. I'm waiting patiently. Finally, I was called in. The doctor was surprised why everyone was sent to him, because scrapings are taken in 101 KB?! And I was surprised)) does the registrar really not know where to get scrapings? Of course, this doctor took me where I needed to go, but even there I was in line 3. At 16-07 I was registered, at 17-02 the results were given) I was extremely lucky, I came out of 101 KB, and there were already a lot of people in the corridor.

My daughter felt sick when she gave up, because she was overexcited and had low fasting blood pressure. I came to take biochemistry, ferritin and vitamin D. It took exactly 10 minutes from the entrance to the building to the end of all procedures. There were no queues at the reception - I was quickly registered in the system, signed up for tests, and consulted on all issues. I sat in line for tests for about 1-2 minutes at most. There was one person in the queue in front of me, and two employees served me at once - deftly, calmly, painlessly. The receptionist said that vitamin d would be ready by Monday, the rest in the next 24 hours, but after 3 hours I received the results of all the tests by mail. After the tests, you can sit and drink hot water. This was my first visit. I plan to continue contacting Synlab in the future.

Do not contact SynLab if you need an analysis urgently. On 17.05 at 12:30 p.m., the dog was taken for analysis, and they asked for it urgently, since the dog was in very poor condition. At about 4 p.m., we received a call, and they told us that the analysis was ready, clarified the email, and said they would send it now. At 16-45 the dog died. Today, at 18.05 23-00, the SynLab administrators still did not find the time to click on the button to send the analysis result.
