I have tried AI 95/96 gasoline at virtually all branded gas stations in Almaty. This is the only branded gas station where you can get more or less normal AI95/96 gasoline. Yes, there are gas stations with a large list of additional services, more beautifully decorated, but there is a direct purpose of the gas station - to sell high-quality gasoline. Other branded gas stations do not have this feature.
