Nice place, pleasant, hospitable hosts. There are several rooms, all with their own bathroom. Fresh linen, towels, toothbrush and slippers. There is everything you need. There is also a hairdryer, iron and a shared refrigerator.
Delicious breakfasts and dinners) The owners have their own wine, delicious.
Thank you for the hospitality, I really enjoyed everything!

The hotel is very cozy and well-maintained. The street is quiet. The windows overlook the inner garden/vegetable garden with views of the mountains and the ancient church. Delicious breakfast. Very intelligent and calm hosts. Nearby (5 minutes on foot) there are two local wine shops with tasting. About 10 km to the Noravank Monastery complex.

We stayed in this place for two nights in early May, we really liked everything!!
We arrived late in the evening on the first night, we were well received, told everything, were very well fed and watered with wine!
The conditions are also very good!
I recommend this place for an overnight stay in Areni!
The view from the window was top-notch!

Very cool guest house - 100% recommended!
They welcomed us very hospitably, showed us our room, and it was very clean and cozy!
The breakfast was delicious!
The hostess of the guest house is pleasant and hospitable, which immediately made us feel at home.
We definitely plan to come back in the fall to enjoy the grape and peach season, they have their own vineyard by the way!

The accommodation was perfect. The owners are wonderful people, everything is brand new and in excellent condition. beds, mattress, bathroom. The view of the mountains is beautiful from the steam room window. And the vineyard at the foot of the house and nearby fruit trees is just a fantastic place. The tea is delicious, and the tea is made from mountain herbs. The rooms are in excellent condition, the bathroom is good, we have rarely seen such a clean guest house. And for a delicious dinner with wine, special thanks. The room where dinner or breakfast is served is typical for a luxury hotel or restaurant.

A very pleasant place. Wonderful hostess, Siranush (thank you very much). An interesting conversation about wines and Armenia. Amazingly clean. They went barefoot everywhere. Great room. A small tasting of his own wine by the son of the hostess. It's very tasty. A very warm welcome and a delicious breakfast and dinner. Not far from the Areni wine factory, it's not the first time there, but so close to home... It's dangerous to stay too long))), very tasty wines). We recommend it.

Thanks to the hosts - we stayed late in Areni and were looking for an overnight stay, several guest houses refused us. The owner of this house came specifically to pick us up, they gave us a new room, fed us a very tasty dolma and treated us to homemade wine. Very cozy, clean, friendly. I highly recommend it.
