I think Adana is the best , I've eaten elsewhere, but we decided to try this place too, it's good that we came. The syringes are filled with 2 of them that are big enough. We also ate kırkkat and bumbar , it looked very nice in kokorek .We will taste it the next time we come The Jul-de-sacs are very clean, the inside is very tasty , the environment is nice, the staff is interested , I definitely recommend you to try it.

This is the real dish of Adana: lamb giblets -shirdan. A night course, a lot of people. Sometimes there's even a queue: get ready to wait. Served on gray paper. For an Adanese Turk, it is a delicacy, for us it has a very specific taste and questionable appearance. But it's quite possible for one time. There is a helpful service almost everywhere in Turkey. And salad and tea are included in the price of the dish, they don't count for it.
