An expensive car was badly scratched ! They don 't even think about apologizing ! The director does not solve the issue in any way, the employees are questionable , did not know how to wash the arches, called other employees to help. Bottom line: the fenders on both sides near the wheels are scratched! Without permission, the car washer got behind the wheel and drove the car out of the box, into the dark (I washed at 20:00) so that I wouldn't see anything! After that, the steering wheel and seat were covered in sand, I am outraged by this car wash and its irresponsibility!!!! In any case, do not wash here if you value your car.

I came home from the highway in the winter, asked for a sink + arches and a bottom, because there was a lot of b-10 sticking to the arches. As a result, the car seemed to be washed , and the ice was still hanging on the arches . They offered me a gun to answer my claim (they say, take it yourself). At the same time, the car wash cost 39 rubles. It's not that small for a minute.
