The hotel is not new, it can be seen that it has been running for some time. The three of us had a rest, and on the first night we checked into another, conditionally triple room:A small double bed and an extra one (I think it's #502) are super cramped, you can't get close to the cupboards, you can't even put one suitcase out, it's cold, uncomfortable, there's mold in the shower, and the sink is cracked. The next day, we moved to the 6th floor in a triple room with separate beds (#602) and a view of the Bosphorus.Despite the very tired bathroom, the impressions were the opposite, I really liked the room, there was a place to turn around)the beds are comfortable. The cleaning is daily and of high quality (it was very pleasant to return to a perfectly clean room after long walks). The breakfasts were extremely modest, and coffee was made from a coffee maker, which was not enough if guests came from more than two rooms. But the simits are (delicious!) as if they brightened up the situation) they ate mostly them. The lobby area is pleasant, the staff are friendly, only the administrator understands English, you can't rely on Russian) the cherry on the cake is the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus!Well, the place itself is great for those who are in Istanbul for tourist and educational purposes.Considering the overall impression and pricing policy, it is a great option for active travelers.

April 24
The number (205) is microscopic. It was bought with a beautiful view, but the view was so-so. Stupidly outside. Although I saw in other reviews that there are rooms with a view of the Bosphorus. I didn't have the energy to swear after the flight, so it'll do. Two single beds, 2 built-in wardrobes, a mini bathroom. In general, everything you need is there, but if you move the beds, it's dirty. Important: not all beds have sockets! It's enough to spend the night and wash up. the bathroom is tired. The shower is gushing in all directions and bursting at the seams. But the beds are very comfortable.
The hotel's infrastructure: breakfast is served on the ground floor, but there is also a terrace, which few people visit) there's a stunning panoramic view of the Bosphorus and generally in all directions) the highway compensates for everything)
The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help) There are no Russian speakers, but everyday English is no problem.
The price-quality ratio in this area is still excellent, despite the shortcomings. As of April 2025 - 5 nights with all bonuses and cashbacks in the dry balance of 36K rubles.
The location of the hotel is amazing. All locations and transport hubs are within easy reach.
Nearby there is a coffee shop with normal coffee, a Sok supermarket and cafes that are adequate for the price tag in 5-10 minutes.

The rooms are terribly small! It'll do for two or three days for your money. Surprisingly good sound insulation, even from the street you can hardly hear the mosque and seagulls (if you open the window, it 's trash ) great location! 5 minutes walk to the racetrack, as well as to the Grand bazaar and pier!
I put the third star for good mattresses and a clean bed!
For 4 nights they paid 8,500 for two with breakfast.
