We visited the institution for the first time. We came to eat an Armenian dish - hash) Ordered in advance, brought quickly, after 15-20 minutes. There are no questions about the quality of food, but there is a question about the quality of service. They didn't offer to get acquainted with the menu, and when we wanted to order something else ourselves, we had to wait about 40 minutes for the waitress. The call button apparently didn't work, we had to look for it ourselves, but we didn't find it… We waited until she finally came to us) They ordered what they wanted and asked for an invoice. The invoice did not specify the order items - only the amount to be paid. We paid the amount that was indicated in the receipt when the waitress picked up the bill and looked at the amount we left - she said that the amount in the receipt was only for food, without service (tip), and we still need to pay extra for service (she did not answer the question of what amount is needed) We added a tip to her, but this is the first institution in Armenia with such an arrogant attitude of the staff🙂You have to leave a tip - even if you didn't like the service because of this attitude of the staff - we won't go any more.
