The car periodically stalled and could not be read. I've been to several service stations. I just wasted my time. Actually, the car visited several service stations in a month. I'm tired of it. I applied to this Citroen center. The electrics were set up in an hour! Although in other places the car was parked for several days to no avail. They just ripped it open. Just so that the car doesn't stall, it was done in 2 days! Considering that they went through the entire fuel system and replaced the pump, it's very fast! The car went like new! Fixed all the issues. It's cheaper for money than for others. Then I contacted you several times about other issues. Everything was clear. Record, repair time, spare parts. Maintenance assistance! I am very satisfied! The attitude of the staff is excellent! They know their business perfectly well! They do it quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend it! You can repair any brand of car. I recommend it!!! I'm not going anywhere else! Now I also take spare parts only here!

I got into this service for the first time. By appointment, everything is as it should be! Suspension diagnostics,,,as well as computer diagnostics!
They were escorted to the waiting room...It was done quickly. There are no questions about electrics. An error was found in the Unified State Register. I confirm,,, this really happened. But according to the suspension, they said that everything was fine...except for the oil seal of the half-axis, and the anther of the half-axis.
Otherwise, everything is supposedly fine! I asked for the EGR valve...They replied 1800 rubles to buy and 150 rubles to replace.
I paid 70 rubles
He took the papers and left for the 123 Edition...I'm doing diagnostics there....the guys were invited to the boxing...they show ,,, the rear silent blocks of the beam are torn to pieces...the front ones are sad too.
So are the ball and ferrules.
We took the car ,,, everything was done ,
Now the logical question...How can you not see such things??? Especially an official dealer like (((
I will not go to this service again in my life. I do not recommend it to anyone

There is no waiting area for customers, as such - there is a corridor in which you can sit down and drink coffee from a vending machine, in short, it is not comfortable. The attitude towards the client is mediocre.

For a long time he was serviced in the same service, his car and his wife. Both Citroens. The moment came when there was a problem that the guys couldn't handle. We went through the floor of the car (injectors, pressure regulator, high-pressure pump, washed the fuel system, tank) and everything is wrong. Sitbel helped, and now I've been working for them for the second year. So far, everything is fine.

I visited the service station for the first time and was immediately pleasantly surprised by the size: 2 boxes, more than 10 service posts, and specialization in Citroen is definitely a plus. They serviced and made suspension diagnostics, despite the rotten rear thresholds - they were moved to another lift. I recommend it, you can go!

When I applied to this service station, I already had something to compare it with (very very sad and expensive low-quality repairs, welding and painting) in general, this is a wonderful service station with smart and understanding staff who know how and where... very polite and patient guys!!! With my car, after a third-party "service station" there were a lot of problems and questions that were "repaired". But the SitBel guys solved all the issues in a week, and there were oh so many of them. I have applied to this service station more than once, because the organization has a contract. The woman in the order desk communicates rudely, answers to questions need to be extracted from her. The timing was changed, after that the car stopped, as it turned out, the tags were incorrectly set. Of course they eliminated it, but the time was spent. A private car would not take them to service.

The first time I came to them in a Citroen c5, I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and clarity of work. I hadn't had time to register the car yet, but they had already taken it to the remzone, apparently they immediately started making it and gave it back after an hour and a half. I did the planned maintenance on Picasso. I liked the communication of the staff, the prices for their spare parts are also normal (on average + 20% to the cost of similar ones, if you look for yourself). I am glad that the director is in the subject and is himself at the acceptance / delivery of the car. It would be a plus to leave old spare parts in the trunk, as many officials do, and add a little comfort to the waiting area for customers.

We were with my husband today))) at this service station, signed up yesterday everything quickly and clearly, called the amount of repair adequate))) well, we thought that everything was good and let's go, we gave the car back after 5 hours, they call, they say that the ball valve is still broken or not!??? We said yes, and an hour later they called and said you can come. WE ARRIVED AND THEY SAY THE AMOUNT IS 3 TIMES MORE))) And they say, well, this is work by the hour, so they still have 20% VAT) we asked and they say that well, we all pay taxes)*** in a word)They gave away 1000 just for nothing)) There is not a foot worse than a HUNDRED there anymore.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!! It's even a pity for one star......
