The car I wanted to rent was a Clio 1.0 model and only a 2-day rental was planned. Although I have met all the conditions, I have experienced victimization due to unnecessary procedures and unreasonable practices by the company. This procedure, which I had planned two weeks ago, was completely disrupted due to the lack of approval and caused me to experience serious victimization. This situation has created an extremely negative experience in terms of customer satisfaction and reliability.
