The staff of the rock, which is about 6 instructor coaches and two guardian girls, are friendly, polite and well-mannered. All instructors are different: as people, in the way they communicate and conduct training, and this is worth a lot, so I have never seen dissatisfied wards next to them – like a needle with a thread. FOR EXAMPLE, the most sociable and friendly Kirill; his friend Alexey, who always gave me the simulator at a disadvantage; sometimes singing and constantly dancing))) Anastasia; Ekaterina "eat porridge, listen to your mother" and Dmitry the bear. As an adherent of eugenicist views, I would like to emphasize Vitaly – the gene pool of the nation and a real athlete. If someone doesn't understand anything about this business, but wants to change themselves physically, choose an instructor you like, they are all about their business. The second is technical. The hall itself is neat and clean. The dumbbell range is rich, there are a lot of discs for the barbell, the bars are almost even, there are a couple of weight training machines, for example, leg press. I am not devoid of a design component in the interior, I like that the design is in dark colors, so I was comfortable doing it. There is a sense of companionship and a certain comfort. The gym is not big, sometimes there is a queue for the simulator. G (bitterness). There is a bit of a lack of equipment for me personally: a stationary corner bench press, the same for a vertical bench press with a free neck (although there is a hamer for this); AS well as a normal second power frame – but I'm picky. The leg press is bombastic. I recommend.
