It is not possible to check at pickup, because everything is fastened with a plastic screed. They do not want to change the sheet under the pretext that they damaged it themselves) Instead of checking the cameras and determining the cause of the defect in production, it is better to push the marriage to the customer and say that he is a fool himself. I will attach a photo of the sheet, which was not even taken out of the beam after unloading. How can a sheet that is in a pack be bent like that during transportation?)
They complete their review after the organization's response. To my statement, the production just scored and did not even give an answer) I had to personally go to the office, ask for a complaint book, then wait 2 hours for the director to resolve the issue. We agreed to make a new sheet, worth 50 rubles, but with the condition of returning the bent sheet and only pickup, because the organization does not have its own transport)) The customer orientation of this organization is immediately visible. Most organizations or sole proprietors would have solved this issue in a day and brought it themselves, but here they fought for two months. I express my personal gratitude to the manager Sergey, because this is the only person who was on the client's side.
