I want to share my experience of cooperation with Skyprofil in Molodechno
A roof was needed for the suburban household block. The choice fell on the corrugated board. I decided to contact the Skype profile, since they are the manufacturer, as well as the fact that there was a promotion. On September 8, 2022, I contacted the sales office. We discussed with the manager the type, required quantity and color of the material. The manager promptly launched the order into production, as he constantly tended to the fact that, according to the program, the remainder of the material for production was melting before our eyes. Then they began to draw up a contract, and here is the first catch: according to the manager, the discount is available only from the order amount of 300 BYN, and my order was subject to a discount of 255 BYN. But the price without a discount was already becoming higher than that of competitors, who at the same time are not manufacturers, but resell the product. At the same time, the site counted any number at a discount. The manager offered to buy related products (fasteners, etc.) in order to finish off the amount up to 300 rubles and get a discount (I will separately note that the manager acted professionally from the seller's point of view, selling me extras), but after receiving a negative response from me, he still tried to negotiate a discount and "the program missed". I have paid an advance payment in the amount of 100% of the amount under the contract. The delivery dates were announced to me in the week from September 19th to 23rd. The cherished week has come - silence.
The next one came - silence.
I call myself - they say that the order will be on Monday. On Monday, silence. I've been waiting for 2 days, you never know if the accounting department puts a parish, etc. Silence. I'm calling myself - he'll arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes - and silence again. I'm calling on Wednesday, October 12, they say, it seems to be on the spot on the computer, we'll check it out and call you back. We called back - and my order has been in stock since September 26th! They say come and get it. My manager replied to my offer to deliver my order at the expense of the perpetrators - we will call you back. As a result, they called back the same way they reported the receipt of the order at the warehouse. During the "waiting for the call", I asked my father to go and pick it up on his own.
What conclusions can I draw: no one is leading the client. The order was created, the money was received and that's all, then the client himself must achieve his order: calling, as it turned out, is also not a panacea that your order will be found.
Customer orientation is zero.
I was thinking of closing the roof at the cottage next season. I am very unlikely to want to entrust a larger order

Skyprofile used to be, now Steel flooring. They do not know how to correctly calculate the number of blinds that we ordered. They do not admit their guilt, they lie that calls from us were not received when the issue of delivery was being resolved. We had to drive 200km ourselves, because the time was running out for the order. As a result, it turned out that the amount was calculated incorrectly, now you will have to order blinds at your own expense.
