The waiters know a set of Russian words, but they don't understand it very well, and if you ask a question about the ingredients of a dish, they get lost, and I don't think they've ever tasted them. Those who cook the dishes are not from the land of the Soviets, such strange interpretations of dishes are unlikely to be found in Russia. You can eat soups, but there are big questions about everything else. Judging by the look and taste, they don't cook in an institution, but they don't cook Russians either. Food is poor in Dubai, there are few places where the food is delicious, and this is not the right place. For the owners of the establishment: at least on the Internet, look at how beef stroganoff is served; what is "French-style meat"; what is aspic (jelly). You can come in and eat, especially in Dubai, but still as a last resort. And as in 99% of establishments in this city, there is no alcohol, not even beer, even non-alcoholic. And finally: the employees in January were apparently fine and comfortable, but for Russians, it was +25 outside, and in the cafeteria it was +30, the air conditioner was not on, it's hard, you sit like in a sauna and sweat.
