They say the shoes are guaranteed for 2 years, but I used them for 7 or 9 months, the soles and insides wore out, I gave a refund, there was no refund at all, they said usage error, they make a lot of promises when selling, they sell for 5 or 6 thousand TL, and then they don't stand behind the product
