A fenced area for scooters and skaters, there are equipment for training tricks. Mostly the content is 11-15 years old, boys. There is a Playground nearby, a lot of mats in the neighborhood with kids- not very encouraging.

A good, fenced skate area in the center of the miniature private park of JSC MTZ, guarded around the clock. There are all the necessary facilities for performing various tricks on skateboards and scooters.

A nice place to walk a 3-year-old kid. There is a monument-a tractor on which you can climb and spin the steering wheel. There is a fountain, a playground, a sandbox. But most of all, my son liked the winding asphalt path along which he ran away from his dad.
