I placed an order through customer service because I needed further details regarding the guitar conditions and shipment. An employee named Vitaliy assisted me in a professional and efficient way, with patience and availability whom exceeded my expectations even considering my order's amount was low. I want to mention even Artem who supported me when his collegue was out of duty. I recommend to deal with Skiff Music.

Здравствуйте! Не в первый раз уже обращаюсь в этот магазин, пару лет назад покупал 12-струнку Cort. Заказывал по телефону, менеджер подобрал то что мне нужно, человек знает свое дело! 21.02.2026 заехал к ребятам на замену струн и обслуживание гитары, всё сделали на отлично. Дали поиграть на разных гитарах, электрогитарах, пианино. Попели песенки под гитару) в общем атмосфера доброжелательная! Спасибо!!!

Заказал inspector koyot, гитара пришла вовремя, в целости и сохранности. Переживал конечно за доставку, но всё отлично. Гитара супер, и по звкчанию, и внешне. Давно хотел супер страт с реверсной головой, а тут ещё и отечественный производитель что не маловажно. Молодцы, могут делать!!! В общем советую, отличный магазин, поддержка работает на ура! Помогли с доставкой, изначально не было в мой регион. Молодцы ребята, всё отлично 👍
