As a result, they gave out a large Belarusian one (as ordered) and the second big chicken one. In response to the complaint, the cashier said that as I announced the order, she punched it. After the conflict with the cashier, they left, and we begin to unpack the shawarma. Both shawarma are torn, it is impossible to eat without getting dirty. The cashier did not want to meet me halfway, but immediately began to withdraw her rights, saying that I had made a mistake pronouncing the order. Regarding the claim of a torn shawarma, she explained that we could have dropped it ourselves. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of service.
