The landlord of this complex is A-100. Perhaps it would be possible to put a higher score, BUT... Solutions to some problems that periodically appear are very difficult and not at all willing. Collecting snow in winter and storing it on the road along which (the only one) warehouse workers go to work, cleaning the blockage of the drain on the roof, which forms huge puddles inside the warehouse, etc. The warehouse itself is poorly heated in winter, but comfortable in summer. Of all these little things, impressions remain more negative.
