I really liked the service, the craftsmen are pleasant. I was dialing on the phone with a brake problem on my Jili Atlas. A nice girl put me through to the master, who signed me up the next day. The front pads were replaced. We watched the suspension for free and the video showed problems with the levers. Everything was agreed upon and changed without leaving immediately. There were only pleasant sensations from this service, I recommend it to everyone, the quality is at the highest level. Next week, I signed up for this electrical service. I'll post the result later...

It's quite difficult to get through and make an appointment. It is often said that the master is busy and will call back, but in fact they do not call back at all. Working with clients is noticeably lame. It's not clear where the management is looking. There was also a case when they promised to give me a car by 13:00, but in the end they delayed it for a couple of hours and did not warn me about it (which set me up). When I tried to clarify what was going on, no one answered the phone (and this happens often), or they answered again that the master was busy and would call back. Another point is that when the wheels were replaced, the car was given away with a pressure of 1.2 bar in one of the wheels.

He underwent maintenance with the replacement of filters, oil, including automatic transmission, and also previously asked additional questions about the sound of a "cricket" when turning left or right and mosquitoes! in the taillights, which were previously removed during warranty service. As a result: the filters were replaced: out of 4, two were put in the luggage compartment, after the oil change, I will think that too (but how can I confirm?, can the service introduce a video recording service?), and even if they put an empty container, it is also not an indicator of performance. Well, there are doubts, well, and unverified information. No one lifted a finger on additional tasks: well, the steering mechanisms seem to be in order, but we don't deal with mosquitoes, and the fact that the issue was not properly covered under warranty (sealing was not provided) is irrelevant, not interesting (non-monetary) will not be dealt with. At the same time, I did not notice any other visitors in the office, both during registration and upon completion. It is worth noting that I rate the price tag for consumables and works as average, quite adequate.
