I do not recommend it, the training is expensive! The attitude is terrible, they gave out a folder at the end as a diploma. I decided to enter Russia with this diploma, it has not yet been approved there!

Let's start in order. When you enter the university, you will be told what advanced learning methods are here, that you can go wherever you want. You are taking the UNT and you are asked to specify 4 educational programs, but only the one that you specified first will be chosen from them. That is, if you wanted to become a programmer, but specified physics, you will get to the Faculty of Physics. But the funny thing is that you will have only astronomy to choose from, or rather, with a grant only there. The difficulties do not end there. If there are not enough people speaking your language, then you can be combined, in order to save money, with another group speaking another language. Of course, all your subjects will not be in your native language, although you will be promised that the teachers will speak two languages. Although, this is not exactly a problem, because the university has a "modern" education system. What is its essence? The student must be able to study and find information on his own. In fact, it sounds good in practice... The teacher throws a lecture to you on the phone, and you try to understand it, sitting right in front of the teacher on a pair in absolute silence. Why do I need to go to university? For the sake of a diploma, because you will have to study yourself. Normal education is provided only to those who come from other countries, for example, from India. Dorms are a separate kind of art, in winter you will get pneumonia with an 80% chance, the buildings are old, they are blown through, a lot of people can live in a small room. It's a very scary place. Practice? Ahem. It does not take place in your specialty, so an astronomer can take measurements for excavations, or even better, build a barrack and a bathhouse, because everything happens in nature, in torn tents that are wiped. They don't even allocate a nurse, which is why students are forced to help each other themselves. I had to call a friend's classmate to pick him up in a car and take him to the hospital while he was almost dying of headaches. Another even left earlier and came down with pneumonia at home, from sleeping on the cold ground and a rumpled mattress. The dining room? Here it is 10 out of 10, although it does not belong to the university, they feed it tasty and cheap, while rats run around in neighboring shops, and there is a delay on the shelves. The buildings are very old, but the first one was not badly updated, it's a pity they forgot about the others. There is its own observatory, which is already very old. In September 2022, a huge glass building with the latest equipment was completed, which, of course, is not allowed. But old computers can quite kill you with an electric shock while you pull them out of the socket. In general, education is a class, but in any other place. Only those who want to serve time and get a diploma come here. You will be told about academic integrity, which the university is proud of, although the teachers themselves have repeatedly left comments about corruption, and the deans have changed for the same reasons.
