I've been to this store. You walk in, and you immediately notice dirty shelves, dusty appliances, and a floor that hasn't been washed since it opened. The man at the table was sitting and watching a movie at full volume, not paying any attention. At first he named one price, I agreed, and then he offered to buy it back more expensive in a couple of days, I didn't understand why it couldn't have been more expensive right away.
