My husband brought a chain in which one link was cracked to this "jeweler" who works in the store. I did it on the same day. but... I soldered two links instead of one, and in such a way that it is now impossible to wear it (and, of course, I took the money for both). Both links are in solder, which is a completely different color. Very noticeable and sloppy. Plus rudeness. Save money and nerve cells. Don't contact us here.
