An interesting sight. The lantern is necessary, because there are several levels, you can fall off. On the west side, physical training and some dexterity are required to enter - the entrance is five meters above the surface. In general, it somewhat resembles an episode from some adventure book - you enter through a portal scorched by heat and sea salt, and after a while you get out into a cool and humid green oasis.

I was in this place 20 years ago. judging by the photos, nothing has changed. The descent from the western exit was traumatic.

The cave was built in the 19th century for railway communication. It has hardly changed in the last 40 years. It is dangerous to go there without a lantern. There are several tiers and you can fall.
