The meeting was a bit messy, with no sense of attention to the client. The master started the massage from the back, although the classical technique involves working from the bottom up — in the direction of the lymph flow. I clarified this point because I have experience in the massage field myself, but received the answer that "it's more convenient this way." The work itself turned out to be superficial: not a single area was deeply worked out. The movements on the back were performed more from top to bottom, which can have the opposite effect and does not correspond to the basics of physiology. Thighs, calves, arms — everything was done very quickly, only formally. People come to a massage to feel relief, relaxation and benefit, and not just to go through the points for the view. I really hope that the studio will pay attention to the quality of the services provided, because the right technique is not a small thing, but the health of the client.

When you come for a massage, you just want to lie down and relax, but the masters don't shut up and keep talking to you, asking you some personal questions.… But Galina and Victoria listen to the request and there are no questions about the massage. Well, for a snack about master Irina, I saw a high rating, I decided I needed to go, but how wrong I was. You go with a request to relax, and the master says, well, you won't relax with me and starts kneading you hard. That the pain makes me want to cry, and I'm still crying for it. According to her stories, if it hurts you and you start yelling, then that's your problem, she won't let you out and you'll stay with her for an hour. And health consultations were also correctly noted by someone in the comments: I'm sure the person doesn't understand this at all, but throws you with advice on health, sports, and so on. It's very unprofessional, I think.
