A harsh complaint against the airline SkyFRU Today I purchased tickets for my son and daughter–in-law on the flight Osh-Bishkek (K1-312) of SKY FRU airline. The baggage allowance is clearly indicated: 15 kg of main baggage, 5 kg of carry-on baggage and 5 kg for the baby. The daughter—in-law had an excess of 2 kg - we paid extra without any questions. However, when we asked to put 5 kg of children's luggage in the main baggage, the check-in staff started creating unreasonable obstacles, saying incomprehensible things, and instead of helping, they said: "That's your problem." I was particularly outraged by the indifferent and rude attitude towards a woman with a small child. This shows an extremely low level of service and a lack of basic humanity. This is not the first time we have flown in the Osh–Bishkek direction and regularly use domestic flights. No other airline has ever had such an attitude and disorder. SkyFRU has neither a service nor a professional communication culture. Trust in the airline has been completely lost. I will not buy any more tickets from SkyFRU and I do not recommend it to anyone. With such an organization of work and such an attitude towards passengers, this company creates problems for people, rather than providing a service. If management is unable to teach its employees discipline, respect and responsibility, then such a company should not work.
