There is no shared kitchen, so you have to ask to warm up the food. There is no common room where you can iron things. The bed is creaking, the air conditioner in room 3 is not working, the outlet is not working, the bathroom is not closing. The remote operator is very rude and does not know how to conduct a dialogue. I only gave stars to local staff and the location of the hotel itself.
