Scammers!!! They're coming up with some kind of tax from above. We ordered 4 dishes, and there are 6 items in the receipt written by hand. The pizza is small and not tasty. They avoid taxes, because payment is made only in cash and without fiscal receipts.

We visited a cafe in the center of the old town. The portions are large enough, but the food is not delicious. The bill immediately calculated a service fee of 10% + 8€ for the use of clean plates, spoons, forks, etc. What is nonsense at all! Moreover, many ate pizza and did not even touch the appliances.
