In my opinion, the cost of this workshop is very high compared to others. Addition: For comparison, Converse sneakers, the sole was slightly peeled off in one, so this workshop estimated the repair at 70 rubles, while immediately warning that there would be no guarantee for such repairs. Disgusting service. I took my sneakers to the cleaners, paid 30 percent for the urgency They gave it back only after my call, 2 days overdue. I passed the ugg boots, they warned me that they would change color-they came to me with a hole. In the photo in front of the clean one, it looks like there is a minimal wipe. They took off a lot of money and ruined the shoes. I gave away an expensive pair of shoes for cleaning and color restoration (to tint the floor with crease straps). As a result, they charged 60 rubles for urgency, painting + cleaning + restoration of the sole 200 rubles. Instead of detailed painting, the master painted all the shoes, and painted them so badly that it's easier to throw them away. When the color of shoes changes like that, I think it needs to be coordinated with the client. The color still lay unevenly, as if gouache was painted.

And yes, it turned out that way. We agreed that I would pick up on the Stone Hill, I am waiting for a message, it is not there. I'm calling myself, come to the Red Square, the shoes are ready. Well, OK, I forgot to mark it. I'm waiting for delivery, thanks here, the shoes arrived. And... one pair is nothing, but not ideal. The second one is two points higher. Dirt could be removed with a fingernail. The insoles, as if it were a joke, cleaned the top, and only the heels on the inside. I can clean it myself at home. A complete disappointment. The prices are high, the quality of the service is not. There is also no service and careful attitude to shoes. We loaded both suede and leather into one package, one for one.

In order: 1) I handed in my shoes on Sunday, August 3, at the Bigbro barbershop. I filled out a form where I indicated that I was handing over 3 pairs of shoes, and also indicated the address for delivery after cleaning. The form stated that I would be contacted within 3 days of the delivery. I put the shoes in the cell and asked the administrator to lock the cell with a key. Keep in mind that not all cells are automated and you leave your shoes in a place where there is a key to this cell. This confused me, but it's a small thing compared to what happened later. 2) It's been almost a week and no one has contacted me. On August 9th (Saturday), I am writing on Instagram. Only after that they called me back and sent me an invoice for payment, and I paid right away. They said it would take about 7 days to clean. 3) A week later, no one contacted me and informed me that the deadlines were being delayed. August 17th (Sunday) I write by myself. On Monday, they call me and inform me that the deadline will be delayed for another week. I can imagine how nervous I would be if I needed these shoes urgently. 4) On Friday, August 22, they write to me that everything is ready and they are waiting for payment from me. Situation: go to the erip account and see if the client has paid the bill - no / wait 3 days for a response from the client - yes. I send them a payment receipt, and they reply: "When the courier brings it to the skybox, you will receive an SMS with the code from the cell." Here I was already very indignant: I initially indicated the delivery and the address in the form when registering. That is, without even asking me, they were going to take the shoes back to the locker. I have not felt such indifference and negligence towards myself as a client for a long time. But at that moment, I was still hoping to get well-cleaned shoes. 5) On August 26, I got my shoes back. I would like to point out that your courier is very punctual and polite. I opened a couple in a hurry and dismissed the courier. After a while, I was able to carefully inspect and evaluate the quality of the cleaning. I want to note that the sole is really white and cleaned well, but I could have cleaned the sole myself. I gave away these shoes because I don't know how to clean such a material and I'm afraid of spoiling it. It is noticeable in the photo that the spots were and still are. At the same time, the shoes began to look worse, before cleaning, they looked newer with dirty soles. Now the surface looks worn, and the shoes themselves don't keep their shape that well. I was offered a second cleaning, but the SkyCross guys, after such delays and clearly expressed dissatisfaction, was it really that difficult to check the shoes you are giving away? To summarize: 1) Learn how to communicate with clients: provide correct information in a timely manner, inform them about delays in time. 2) Pull up the information in the customer's card or in one place, so as not to wait 3 days for a response from the customer that he has already paid for a long time and to know the delivery address that the customer indicated is a database and messing up at this level is very bad. It shows that these processes are not organized in your company. 3) Focus on the return of customers and that these customers would like to recommend you. I won't recommend you to anyone anymore, although I would like to have a good experience with you. Please do not respond to this message with a standard copy paste, this is very annoying and shows your lack of involvement in my problem.

They promised to patch it from the inside and carefully sew it up from the outside. As a result, when we arrived for the order, the sneaker was simply heavily darned with black thread. When asked why they ruined a pair of expensive sneakers and did not agree on changes in the repair approach, they replied that they could not do as agreed and, AT THEIR DISCRETION, carried out repairs differently. The backs of the second pair of shoes needed to be replaced. As a result, when we arrived to pick up the order, the tongue of the backdrop was touched and sewn to the fabric. I had to go to the repair shop itself and explain what was wrong. They redid their mistake, but when I came for this pair for the second time, it turned out that the shoes were poorly repaired again, the tongue was not sewn in a mirror to the second sneaker. I don't understand the high ratings and publicity of this organization. Even taking into account the discount provided to me for subsequent visits, I will no longer bring my shoes to them.

UPD: we found a compromise solution There were shoes with a scratch, and they could be worn - now it's impossible to wear them.… After painting, the white shoes cracked. Why take a thing to work if that work can't be done??? And I put them on three times before the "restoration". They specifically set the maximum wear percentage so that they do not compensate for the damage adequately later. It happens that a shoe repair specialist can make a mistake (we are all human beings), but in order for the organization to admit guilt and not try to cover the damage it caused, she got out and tested me for flexibility! Moreover, according to the receiving party, they don't take Tamaris shoes to work, they took them from me; there was a discount on this type of work on the day of shoe delivery, they didn't do it; they promised to give them back on February 21-22, they called and said that the shoes were ruined, only on March 4! Unfortunately, the compensation amount is unreasonably low. I still hope that the organization will make a reasonable decision and we will come to an understanding.

Do not be fooled by finding yourself in the zero positions of the search for this workshop. Long deadlines, high price, require the client to take the laces out of the shoes. There is nothing else to do, like unlacing in 2024 and then pulling the laces into the shoes again. This is not required in other workshops. And the fact that it is written in your rules, it does not mean anything. Although you write down the requirement to hand over shoes in a wizard's hat, but the whole question will be different: will the comments want to run around the city and look for a wizard's hat to satisfy your requirement.
