I was on the cleaning + peeling procedure. The specialist was friendly, talked about each stage of the procedure, and that's where the advantages end. The skin of the face after the procedure, after a while, became terrifying, home care for the skin type was not recommended. The cleaning was carried out exclusively by hardware, even for inflammation, which was confusing. I don't want to doubt the master's qualifications, but apart from the words, no positive result happened, the situation only worsened. Naturally, I would not apply again.

I did cleaning and peeling - everything is at the highest level. Cosmetologist Anastasia told about the condition of the skin, commented on each stage of the procedure, which is very important. A true professional in his field! She gave a memo on what not to do after the procedure and told me what kind of care is needed in the future. I liked everything, the prices are nice, I can recommend this place. I'll come again))

I signed up at this studio for a hardware massage procedure. When recording, I was asked to transfer an advance payment to the card (I'm not sure if this is legal). The day before my appointment, the administrator called and reminded me about the visit. Everything was fine. The next day I came, my appointment was at 17.00 and I arrived a little in advance. I waited, and now I was waiting until 5.15 pm and asked the administrator why such a delay and how long they were still waiting, he replied that here were a couple more minutes. I'm waiting for more. 17.20, 17.25 (although the stated procedure was 10 minutes), I ask the administrator why I still can't go through the procedure and he didn't answer anything, but just continued to watch the video on his phone. I left there already at about 5.30 pm-and the previous kleint never came out. The next day, I tried to contact someone from the administration and said that I wanted to leave a review in the book of complaints and suggestions. And she said that this is disrespectful to customers, it refers to the time of the vacancy. I was told that the book is not here, and if I want to, I can go to Kobrin-there is the legal address of the administration. And they also said in a very sarcastic way, "will you waste your very valuable time?". I never received the service, so I can't say anything about the massage itself. But the attitude towards customers is boorish, several people sign up for the same time and at the same time require prepayment, but they do not provide the service.
