The top floor of the Radisson Hotel, the best bird's-eye view of Riga. The downside is very touristic with all the downsides. Come in for an hour for 1-2 cocktails - yes! Dinner and all that-probably not.

It's a nice place, but the waiters and the contact bar don't always look at you kindly, very often they serve you with a face, "what's the matter, I have to wait here for you"
