In Agusta , we came to arrange a loan , there was no girl in place of menedge (who did the calculation for us in the spring ), there was a manager Sergey. First of all, the person began to fill in the data - full name, phone number (without even specifying whether our decision has changed, we left the same configuration or want to replace something, etc.). The manager managed to write down the data for the contract with difficulty, my patronymic was asked three times, three times they made a mistake referring to the fact that they had not written for a long time (by the way, the report is Dmitrievna). Oh well , forget the patronymic .
My husband and I wanted to change the configuration of the lock, since this is our first roof, there were questions . Manager Sergey could not give a clear answer to any question about the product, referring to the fact that he is not an installer, although there were no questions about the installation work. They did not make out the order, they went to another sales office.
