Of all the above, there was only a cedar barrel, a head massage and a massage. No reflexology, no cocktail, no tea. I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes in the salon. There are no questions only about massage. A pleasant massage therapist who did her job well. The administrator looks at you as if you owe him something. Silently leads her into a cedar barrel and that's where her work ends. At the end of the session, when I had already packed my things and went to the water cooler, the receptionist asked, "Can you have a cocktail? ". Please note, she did it when I was already standing at the exit of the salon. I do not recommend this salon to visit and I will not go there for anything else.

According to the certificate, my husband and I chose a classic massage in this salon at Skripnikova 1. During and after the massage, my husband had pain and stiffness in the movement of the neck due to inadequate actions of the masseur Dmitry (as it turned out, he decided to put the vertebrae in place, without warning and this is not included in the classic massage), before that, my husband had never had any health problems. The masseur explained the pain by saying that the muscles just weren't used to it, it would soon get easier. After a few hours, it didn't get any easier and my husband couldn't move his neck -we went to the hospital. 3 hours of time, pictures, painkilling droppers are an excellent result of the massage (+ a bunch of prescribed pills and a recommendation to do an MRI-suddenly not everything is visible in the picture). The next day, I called the salon, explained the situation, the masseur called back, apologized, but said that he should treat it in such a way that thanks to this, something worse did not happen to my husband. The salon, after my next call (I tried to convey that it was not logical to pay for the fact that you were hurt and a lot of trouble), offered to refund the money for the procedure or choose another one at this cost. Communication went through the receptionist's girlfriend, no one personally from the management called and apologized. There was no talk of any compensation beyond that.(medications, time, nerves)I got the impression that the management and administration of the salon are not at all interested in the image of their institution and they certainly don't care about the health of customers. After 4 days, the pain and stiffness in her husband's movements remain.

I was not offered disposable underwear and slippers, and after the end of the session I did not receive my oxygen cocktail, which was prescribed in my program. But, the most interesting thing is that the salon administration knows that they are cold. And they don't really take any measures. They put a small heater in the massage room, a wind turbine that will take more oxygen in an unventilated room than it will heat it.
