We had a good stay there and Maxim was very helpful! We took our two teenagers aged 13 and 16 and one of their friends! The house is rustic but comfortable and good for the price as you can have like 7-8 people in this 3 story house. The kids liked going on the Sup boards, canoes and paddle boats (although best to keep an eye on your kids as there is a slight current and they can go far quick) But our kids had a blast! We rented the house with a pool and it was nice that the children could use it nytime they wanted. The price of using all the non motorized boats was 1500 rur per day for the family so it's really a decent price! There are a couple other houses on the territory but with enough distance from each other. 5* is for the nature, pool atmosphere etc but not for everything. But for what I've stayed at in the past it'd a good bargain for the money..P.s. the pool is heated. We plan to stay there again!

Всем привет) отдыхали вдвоём на этой базе с 21 по 23 ноября. Прежде чем найти это место перечитала и пересмотрела кучу отзывов на базы..... прям уже отчаялась что то хорошее найти ( то хамство, то воды горячей нет, то холодно, то грязно..) . Хозяин Максим сдал нам большой дом. Дом тёплый, чистый, вся техника работает, с водой нет проблем. Воду из под крана можно пить. Мы даже с берега маленькую щучку поймали)) отпустили. Увидели на столе у телевизора прайс Надежды) купили у неё в день выезда домашние яйца и сыр)) Довольны очень! Планируем возвращаться сюда периодически!

Прекрасная возможность провести время с друзьями, большой дом, прокат каяка, сапов, лодка, рыбалка. Можно приготовить шашлык, гриль. В доме холодильник, большой телевизор, плита, посудомоечная машина. Духовки нет.
