Hookah 4 out of 5, service 1 out of 5 (rudeness and lack of knowledge of the menu), food 2 out of 5 (a hair was found in the sauce). The hood does not work from the word "at all". There were several times (purely because of the hookah norms, although I had to work with a psychologist on the situation with the hair found, probably from a monkey's ass), the incident was not resolved in any way, they just asked if the sauce should be replaced (I hope they didn't pay for two). The last straw was rudeness about the placement (you can't sit at a normal table together, because companies of 10 people with one kettle of tea and one hookah should squeeze into two small sofas), like: if you two are together, then we will transfer you to a super uncomfortable perch table.

I will have to lower the rating of this institution a little, since I have not seen such an attitude towards myself anywhere else in several hundred visits to hookah bars and hookah bars. Let's start with the pros: the atmosphere is beautiful, the music and lighting are pleasant, a lot of people come, so they like it. That was the end of the advantages for me. I came with a girl at about 21:20. I ordered a hookah in 10 minutes. I waited for it for about 50 minutes, giving signs of attention to the hookah man. During this time, NO ONE came up, apologized, asked or offered anything. He called the waiter, said that I had been waiting for a single hookah for about 50 minutes. At the same time, the hookah came up. The waiter calmly pointed at the hookah and left. Zero apologies and sympathy. The hookah man apologized. Further, during the smoking process for 45 minutes, no one came up to change the coals, they had already turned into ashes and the hookah was not smoked. I had to call again to replace the coals. I've never seen anything like this either. Zero apologies again. I expected an apology along with the bill, at least verbally. I also had to ask for the bill and they gave it in silence, the amount is full. As they say, neither I'm sorry, nor us .. whether the reason could lie in my white face and nationality, but here the bulk of visitors are visitors (Russians most likely). I still did not understand what I was guilty of and what this attitude was for. In general, I strongly advise against it, this is the case when I do not understand how this institution has a score of 4.9, I want to put -4.9, it's a pity it's impossible. I repeat, I have never seen such a thing in any institution in the WORLD.

A very pleasant hookah bar. I've tried hookah here more than once - it's always an excellent choice of tobacco and a master who knows how to cook hookah. Very tasty cuisine - salad with caramelized pear and cheese is simply the best. Oh, and some delicious potatoes.
